People used to get workouts just doing housework. <br />This has been brought home to me as we bought a very old house. With modern appliances it is still harder to clean than a new condo or such. It provides a lot of exercise. I can imagine what it was like a hundred fifty years ago with no plumbing or electricity.<br />Perhaps work and chores in the past made people tired and provided endorphins so they didn't get depressed as often.Kathnoreply@blogger.com
