The reason why I haven't converted has nothing to do with lack of sufficient marketing promotion or even with the pricing, but rather is due to my dissatisfaction with VZ's service on the plain old telephone service I already have from them. their failure to install FiOS when I tried to order it a couple of years ago (said they forgot to bring a necessary tool), and their inability to provide coherent answers to questions I asked about the service.<br /><br />As I think I've observed before here, "marketing" is not a synonym for "advertising and sales promotion"...too many companies seem to have lost sight of this and to believe that all problems can be fixed by turning up the gain on the hype expenditures.
