She sounds like she was doing well in her previous jobs so she has been moved to a new role. One which she is not prepared for. Happens all the time and not just for women.

IMO This ladys boss should get a kicking. He isn't doing his job. He has a employee in a new role that he admits is struggling but apparently only at appraisal time. He should have a plan in place to help her and be working through it. Sounds like the blind leading the blind here.Lord Tnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8078379512095504946.post-52201738380382312292018-12-26T11:18:29.864-08:002018-12-26T11:18:29.864-08:00What is the female equivalent of the "Peter P...What is the female equivalent of the "Peter Principle"?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8078379512095504946.post-1415206686119187542018-12-24T20:24:21.642-08:002018-12-24T20:24:21.642-08:00Existential problems, being insoluble, are more f...Existential problems, being insoluble, are more fun than system problems, which require work and practice.KCFleminghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00124201866124646626noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8078379512095504946.post-86764254194272819652018-12-21T11:47:49.342-08:002018-12-21T11:47:49.342-08:00I have my own business and I have quite a few clie...I have my own business and I have quite a few clients that are boss lady types and vagueness is how they do everything. To get a specific answer from them I have to phrase questions very specifically. Otherwise I won't know what the hell they're talking about. It's insane I frequently think I would hate for them to be my boss. Fortunately, most of my business is conducted through text message so they never hear my tone of voice or see me roll my eyes.whitneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01339343160301118530noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8078379512095504946.post-13866478980667989082018-12-21T09:03:17.610-08:002018-12-21T09:03:17.610-08:00This is terrible.
