Obama didn't just bail out GM and Chrysler. He bailed out the UAW. This union, along with the Motor City, has become sickly and will eventually disappear. New workers at Ford also earn $14.50 and much of the manufacturing has been farmed out to non-union suppliers located in right-to-work states. Most foreign owned manufacturers are also non-union. GM, which still can't make money in N. America makes much of its profits in China and they recently used our tax dollars to buy a piece of Pugeot, the French car maker. Chrysler is mostly owned by the Italian company Fiat. The unions have no choice but to support Obama but whether he wins or not, the UAW's days are numbered. We can hasten this end by becoming ethical consumers and refuse to buy goods from government-owned producers and to definitely not buy their stock.Jimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04779989953563193520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8078379512095504946.post-83491651987455395412012-03-01T12:01:40.824-08:002012-03-01T12:01:40.824-08:00Excellent article - one of the best I've read ...Excellent article - one of the best I've read on your blog. Keep 'em coming, with Andrew Brietbart's passing today it is vital we have as many people fighting against the Obama myth as are competent to do so. I fear for my country because of Barack Obama. He is a gigantic fraud running a totally incompetent administration.Hopefulnoreply@blogger.com
