A Message from the Tiger Mom?

Last night at dinner in a Chinese restaurant, as I finished my meal I opened a fortune cookie. The message read: "Act as if it were impossible to fail." Could it be that I had received a message from the Tiger Mom?

    That was my message to myself as I worked my way through college as an engineering student and single father of three little boys.
