Who's in Charge?

The question arises naturally: who’s in charge? Some have speculated that Susan Rice is running the executive branch behind the scenes. Others have noted that Vice President Kamala Harris has taken over the responsibility of speaking with foreign leaders.

But, all agree by now that the one person who is not running the country is senile Joe Biden. If you were wondering why Biden’s handlers will not allow him to do a press conference, here is some evidence of his cognitive decline.

Biden was announcing the nomination of two female generals to lead US military combatant commands.

“And I want to thank the sec — the, the, ah former general. I keep calling him general, but my, my — the guy who runs that outfit over there,” Biden said.

“I want to make sure we thank the secretary for all he’s done to try to implement what we just talked about. And for recommending these two women for promotion.”

He forgot the name of his defense secretary. He forgot the name of the Pentagon. As Dr. Michael Burry pointed out a while back, senile dementia progresses rapidly.
