The Next Generation of Social Justice Warriors

When New York parents send their children to charter schools like Success Academies, they are taught the right way to help children with homework and to maintain the values of these schools. The schools value academic performance and excellence. Very often they deliver.

As you know, parents across the nation are rising up in anger at the indoctrination that public schools are inflicting on their students. Among these forms of mind control are training in critical race theory and various forms of grooming in matters sexual. Christopher Rufo has long chronicled the use of critical race theory in the Manhattan Institute’s City Journal. And the Twitter account called Libs of TikTok retweets the horrors that sex obsessed educators are foisting on children as young as five. Many have called this grooming, and sexualizing these children seems clearly to qualify.

But then we arrive at tony New York private schools. You know that for most New York parents public school is out of the question, so expensive private schools-- tuition roughly $60,000-- are all that remains. That is, the alternative to private schools is moving out of town.

Now, these schools, according to the New York Post, have set up programs to indoctrinate parents in the absurdities and idiocies of critical race theory. One suspects that children are also being subjected to CRT, as part of the admissions process. However much the schools claim that the seminars and meetings are optional, children whose parents avoid them will probably lose their chance too be admitted.

So, leading the march are the top girls schools in New York. That would be Brearley, Chapin and Spence. Other schools are also participating, but, in truth, when the best girls schools adopt the program, the others are not going to be far behind.

The most amazing part is that wealthy New York parents bend over and allow themselves to be subjected to it all. One recalls that Andrew Guttmann, a former Brearley parent, took his daughter out of the school and moved to Florida. One is shocked and dismayed at the fact that so few other parents have followed his example. 

Voluntary or not, prospective Brearley parents are informed, on their admissions forms, that they must embrace critical race theory, lest their daughters not have the opportunity to be indoctrinated in this swill.

The New York Post reports:

Prospective parents at The Brearley School, an all-girls school on the Upper East Side, are informed on their application that “parents are expected to attend two diversity, equity, inclusion and antiracism (DEIA) workshops per school year,” and write a 500-word essay demonstrating their fealty to those values.

If their daughters are accepted, parents are then expected to sign a pledge vowing to support the new religion.

“We expect teachers, staff members, students and parents to participate in anti-racist training and to pursue meaningful change through deliberate and measurable actions. These actions include identifying and eliminating policies, practices and beliefs that uphold racial inequality in our community,” it reads, while also enjoining parents to “discuss with your children Brearley’s mission, diversity, equity and inclusion, and anti-racist statements in the student handbooks, and establishing your family’s responsibility to uphold these values.”

Why would these parents accept that they are spending close to a million dollars to have their daughters indoctrinated in quasi-Marxist thinking. How will these children make use of the critical race theories? Will they join Antifa and work to overthrow the white patriarchy?

At the very least, a full mastery of these theories, which were conjured by morons in order to make themselves feel smarter than they are, will render children useless. If you learn CRT in school, and if you bring such theorizing into college and the work environment, you will become useless. We already have the idiots of GenZ paving the way for corporate dysfunction.

So, the best private schools in New York have made it their mission to produce a generation of social justice warriors. If you imagine that these brainwashed little twits are going to compete against their Asian peers, your brain needs an overhaul.

And yet, the parents are completely supine. They just bend over and take it. They will do anything to have their daughters attend Brearley or Chapin or Spence because they believe that this will pave their way toward the Ivy League. Said parents are so completely out of it that they still think that there is special value in going to an Ivy League school. There is not.

As at Brearley, the Chapin school directs its critical race theory at prospective parents. It says that the indoctrination session is strictly voluntary, but obviously it is not.

The Post reports:

Earlier this month, the Upper East Side’s Chapin School held a panel discussion for prospective parents to discuss the school’s “ongoing commitment to equity & inclusion, including our newest community-wide initiatives.”

Though the Chapin gathering was declared optional, insiders said it was anything but.

“They take attendance, they have name tags, there is someone from the admissions office to keep track of who goes and who doesn’t,” said one mom of her school’s program. “If you don’t go, your child is not going to go very far in the admission process.”

Another mom told The Post that she was told to get with the program after her son commented that boys were physically more capable at sports than girls.

“I [was] talked to” she said, adding she was told her son “had to better understand the values of inclusion at the school and I had to familiarize myself with the values of inclusion at the school and be clear with my child as to what they were so he arrived at school prepared.”

This is how America is training its future leaders. And yet, the truth of the matter is that incipient social justice warriors will never be able to lead the nation to prosperity or international influence.

We like to spend our time whining about the fact that certain other countries do not want to adopt our wondrous democratic values. If those values involve indoctrinating children in Marxist theories, one understands why other countries would consider our culture to be noxious, a step toward the civilizational graveyard.
