Angela's Army

It’s a gift that keeps on giving. It’s Angela Merkel’s gift to German women: hordes of refugees from the Middle East. At a time when the world is supposedly becoming more conscious of the prevalence of sexual violence against women, Angela’s Army is warring against women.

We all recall what happened in Cologne last New Year’s Eve. We also know that the police were instructed to cover up incidents of rape and sexual abuse because… we wouldn’t want Angela’s policies to look like a failure. We certainly wouldn’t want anyone to think that Angela does not care about women.

Nonetheless, the police did com[;ete a report on sexual violence in Cologne and Hamburg. Their report has been leaked. The Daily Mail has the story:

A leaked report has revealed a staggering 1,200 were sexually abused in German cities during New Year's Eve celebrations.

The police document stated detectives believe 2,000 men were involved across various cities but that the bulk of the crimes were committed in Cologne and Hamburg where 600 and 400 sexual assaults on women were reported respectively.

Of the 2,000 perpetrators, only 120 have been identified, and about half of them were foreign nationals who had only recently arrived in Germany.

The report was published by German newspaper Sueddeutsche Zeitung, which revealed a huge upscale in the original estimate of 359 sexual assault victims back in January. By May, that figure had increased to 'up to 1,000', according to the authorities in Germany.

The horrendous scenes more than seven months ago have only resulted in four convictions, although more trials are underway.

The police might have done a good job collecting data. They are less adept when it comes to prosecuting the felons who committed the crimes. After all, if they were to arrest hundreds of members of Angela’s Army, the ensuing trials would shine a very unfavorable light on Merkel’s mad policy.

But, fear not. The German authorities believe that these men just need a little re-education. Their cultures—which our multiculturalist brethren tell us are in every way the equal of ours—do not teach you not to molest, harass and rape women.

But, if they are taken to be ignorant on Western ways, whatever happened to the notion that ignorance of the law is no excuse. Only aggressive prosecution and expulsion will have any impact on a problem that is growing worse every day.

  1. This, of a matter of course, is what happens when a country cannot put the past in the past. It is constantly trying to assuage guilty for what some of their forebears did without understanding that one is judged by the actions they take and not for anything else. The disease of "Modernism," which is attempting to apply the standards of today upon the past, can cause people to do things that are not in the best interests of all involved. One only needs to note the damage that Merkel has done to many a German woman and for that matter most of the feminist leaders in Europe.
If one truly wants to help others then it behooves them to ensure that the people want to be helped and what is the best way to provide that assistance. No one is served well by not vetting those one would help. It is the reasons I have little use for do gooders. They use emotions and never consider the ramifications of their actions. Much of the time they do incalculable damage to people and their cause. BLM anyone. Too many people on "White Horses, who have not learned the fundamentals of riding.

  3. It would be amazing to see what might happen if we didn't feel sorry for people. We live in a toxic culture of sentimentality. Pity is plentiful. The only thing is... what serious, constructive, contributing soul wants to be pitied? We have it all backwards, and the results are terrible... simply terrible. Tolerance is not a virtue. Tolerance has become indifference.

  4. This is another perfect example of the nonsense of Second Anendment nonsense about whether the Framers could've foreseen x, y and z... Could the framers have imagined a D.C. Political class do removed from reality? Could the Framers have imagined entire armies of activists focused on just one parochial cause?Could the Framers have imagined rent-a-mob armies of petiole protesting stuff they don't understand? Could the Framers have imagined George Soros? No.

  5. Anon,

Actually they did. That is why they made it so hard to make changes. I think it was Benjamin Franklin who stated when asked, "We'll Doctor, what have we got -- a Republic or a Monarchy?", "A Republic if you can keep it." Are we willing to keep it is the question?

I suspect that the Framers expected that there would be a larger group of honorable men than there seems to exist today. Honor is a wonderful word is it not? How many times has one heard that word applied to politicians?

As I have stated before the Constitution applies as much today as it did when written. Technology has change, but people are still the flawed individuals they have always been. It would appear that "A more perfect union" is just as applicable as it has been since it was penned. By the by Jefferson did try to include doing away with slavery in the original draft of the declaration of Independence. Didn't get past the representatives of Georgia and South Carolina.
