Everyone knows that exercise is an excellent treatment for depression. Not everyone takes the advice to heart. We draw this conclusion from the sorry state of the average American's health and the number of prescriptions of anti-depressants that are written each year.
So, as a friendly reminder, I am linking an article that offers more scientific evidence to prove that if you want to improve your mood, markedly, and without even having to wait for a few weeks, then regular exercise is a great idea.
