The evidence piles up: exercise is one of those things that will improve your health, improve your mood, and maybe even make you a better person. Now we know that it can also help you to grow new brain cells.
Not only is exercise good for you, but if everyone did regular physical exercise the nation's health care bill would diminish drastically.
