A Better Mood Through Better Food


From the mental health field here’s some news you can use.

It’s a list, compiled for Yahoo News, of the foods that will put you in a bad mood. It also offers some healthier substitutes.

If biochemistry influences your mood, it makes sense that eating the right or the wrong foods could enhance or diminish your naturally good spirits.
