When Your Energy Flags

Sometime in the midst of a hard day at work we are all likely to feel our energy flagging. This article suggests that the culprit is bad work habits.

What do you do about bad work habits? The therapy culture would tell you to control them by exerting your mental force. Aristotle recommended that you replace them with good habits.

I mention Aristotle because otherwise you will think that I have descended into mindless trivialities.
