In order to instill confidence in his leadership abilities Joe Biden has made a couple of public appearances of late. He demonstrated one thing: the senile Biden cannot make his way through a presentation without stumbling over is words, losing his place on the teleprompter and muttering a series of incoherent bromides.
Matt Margolis reports on Biden’s shadow briefing:
”I’m glad the president has finally activated the National Guard. Now we need the armed forces and the National Guard to help with hospital capacity, supplies, and logistics. We need to activate the reserve corps of doctors and nurses and beef up the number of responders dealing with this crush of cases,” he said, before shuffling papers and then gesturing to someone off-camera that there was a problem. “And, uh, in addition to that, in addition to that, we have to make sure that, we are… Well, let me go to the second thing.
Biden also flubbed the name of the governor of Massachusetts, Charlie Baker, during the same briefing.
Claire Spellberg reports on Biden’s appearance on The View yesterday:
On Tuesday, Biden appeared on The View via satellite, and he laid out his “plan” for combatting coronavirus. Viewers at home were quick to point out that despite speaking primarily in platitudes, the former vice president still managed to bungle the appearance when he cautioned that “the cure” for COVID-19 “will make the problem worse, no matter what.” Come again?
And also:
While Biden spent much of his Tuesday View appearance stressing the importance of social distancing policies, he flubbed the point when asked about President Trump’s insistence that businesses should reopen “very soon” to boost the economy. “Are you at all concerned, as Trump said, that we cannot let the cure be worse than the problem itself?” asked guest co-host Sara Haines.
Biden clearly mixed up “the cure” and “the problem” in his answer, but he didn’t seem to notice, and he continued on as normal. “We know what has to be done … We’ve got to flatten that curve. And we’ve got to make sure that once, in fact, we have this under control, it doesn’t come back,” he said, effectively contradicting his earlier point. “So we should be focusing on getting all the help necessary in terms of testing, in terms of access to the gear that our first responders, our doctors, our nurses need in treating people.”
Naturally, while the cognoscenti are out in force trashing every word that President Trump dares utter, they are completely willing to give Joe Biden a pass on incoherent ramblings.
No one should doubt that Biden is suffering from senile dementia. The great minds of the American left are about to rush to the barricades to defend a man who no longer has a functioning mind.
With the exception of a few intrepid Sanders supporters, the American left has completely lost its own mind. They are being consumed by their own hatred and their will to destroy Donald Trump.

Linking to your Andrew Cuomo post, yes, I think Joe will either be ditched right before the convention, or he will be a name only (one that Joe doesn't even remember) and the VP will be the de facto candidate.
Everyone, including the people who run the media conglomerates, knows Joe is gone. Task 1 was getting Bernie off the menu. Task 2 is what to do with Potato Salad Joe.
The VP pick is the choice of the people who run the media and who control the Democratic Party.
It couldn't happen to a bunch of nicer guys, because these guys are NOT nice. They're shooting themselves in all their feet, and working their way up their bodies.
Works for me!
I’m hoping they’ll nominate Hillary. After all, its her turn, right? I’m with her. Forward. All that nonsense.
Maybe they’ll nominate Klobuchar. All the really smart, thoughtful people thought she was really thoughtful and smart.
Or Spartacus, because he is so brave.
Or Kamala, because her name is “Kamala” and she slept her way to the top with Willie Brown. But we don't say that in polite company, do we?
Mayor Pete is always available, guaranteeing Trump half of the black vote.
My, my... the Dems have a deep bench, don’t they?
I’m thinking Jerry Yang, for sure.
But really, the Democrats need a nominee who “looks like America.” Biden-Obama? 25th Amendment could be bypassed. Then we’d be back to all the corruption, with no drama! [Dentyne smile!]
But really, I’m just glad the Secretary of the Interior is 7th in the Presidential line of succession under the 25th Amendment. Under the current Trump Administration, if we went seven deep with COVID-19, that means we’d get David Bernhardt.
Thank God. Now I can sleep!
I'm not a doctor. But, I have known people who have suffered strokes, and I think that's what has happened.
