Yes, likely an adult male will be taller than a teenage girl. Then there are Venus and Serena Williams.
So, no, the pic does not tell me all I need to know. Or more, since I don't need to know.

It isn't the height difference but the uncanny-valley looking weirdness on the right side that says everything we need to know.
The broad shoulders are statistically significant.
