For now, at least, it feels like justice.
The blue states that voted for Barack Obama in 2008 are
doing worse economically than the red states that voted for John McCain.
John Merline has run the data for Investor’s
Business Daily. The states that voted for Obama are suffering the most from his policies.
Moreover, when it comes to this year’s “battleground states,”
the purple states that will supposedly decide the election, they too have done
worse under Obama than the red states.
Of course, the bluest of blue states, the ones doing the
worst under Obama, and, most likely, under their Democratic governors and
legislatures, will still vote for Obama this year.
They are living proof that the Democratic Party is not the
province of those who are smarter than everyone else. It is the province of those
who are most in need of politically-motivated distraction and who are most
likely to ignore reality.

Why justice? You miss Bush?
