If nothing else, Joe Biden has become the entertainment. Surely, he has no idea of how to do his job. He cannot lean on his mentally enfeebled vice president, because she knows even less than he does.
But, for those who doubt that senile old Joe is suffering from dementia, one offers some of Joe’s remarks at a Women’s History Month event. One recalls, from Michael Burry, he of Big Short fame, that senile dementia, the kind that our president is suffering, advances rapidly.
Now, we have a glorious opportunity to watch it in practice. One remarks, as a sidelight, that the people who are offering every sort of diagnosis for Vladimir Putin have become suspiciously silent on the mental competence of our own president.
Anyway, Townhall has the story, and a wondrous story it is indeed. If Joe had been competing to see who can make more gaffes in a short period of time, he would have come out a winner.
He began by calling Doug Emhoff, the husband of vice president Harris. It makes sense that Biden is confused about Emhoff. One imagines that Emhoff is confused himself. Must he not be asking himself the question that everyone else is asking-- How could you have married someone who is so manifestly stupid? So, for being humiliated on the world stage, Emhoff gets elevated by Biden to the position of the First Lady’s husband.
Townhall reports:
The White House hosted a Women's History Month event on Wednesday evening to highlight the left's 'Equal Pay Day' but President Biden apparently decided to make an attempt at breaking the record for how many gaffes he could spit out during his 14 minute remarks.
Right out of the gate, President Biden sought to explain who wasn't appearing at the event with him saying "there's been a little change in the arrangement of who's on the stage because of the First Lady's husband contracted COVID, but look at this room and what you see," Biden stated before someone off-stage in the White House pointed out that the "First Lady's husband" is...Joe Biden. Uncomfortable laughter from the crowd followed as Biden said "that's right, she's fine, that's me that's not together." No kidding.
That’s right. Joe is not together. His brain is coming apart.
Wanting to correct himself, Biden referred to Emhoff as the Second Lady, though news of his transition has not quite reached the media. Then he added that Emhoff was the First Gentleman, which would have been Bill Clinton’s role if Hillary had won the election in 2016.
Biden continued by referring to Doug Emhoff as "the Second Lady" before correcting himself with (also wrong) "First Gentleman," listing two additional incorrect monikers for Kamala Harris' husband who is in fact the Second Gentleman and not the husband of the president nor the vice president's wife, nor a lady.
As though that were not bad enough, Biden flubbed the name of his UN ambassador. Only this time he was reading from a teleprompter:
In a line about his U.N. ambassador, the president incorrectly called her "Linda Thomas-Greenhouse," before correcting himself and using her actual name Linda Thomas-Greenfield. Biden was reading from his teleprompter at this point and, assuming the White House knows the name of the ambassador to the United Nations, Biden should have trusted the words scrolling in front of his eyes.
And then, to top it off he mangled the prior experience of his Energy Secretary. You know her as the giggly schoolgirl who thought it was funny that anyone would ask her what she was going to do about gas price inflation. Don't you dare think that her bouts of giggles were anything other than a sign of superior competence:
Biden tripped himself up talking about his Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm. "I often kid her, and I wasn't kidding, early on when I was seeking the nomination had she been born in America she'd be standing here and I'd be sitting there," Biden said.
"She was a former governor of the state of, uh, Michigan. Michigan, wrong," Biden said incorrectly fact-checking himself in real-time. "She was a former state of, she was a governor. I'm teasing."
Think about it. Our very own president, the leader of the free world, cannot utter two sentences without falling into incoherent confusion. Now, Biden is going to go to Europe to try to fix the damage that his inept vice president caused two weeks ago.
If you do not think that the White House staff is suffering some serious anxiety about what might issue forth from the president’s mouth, you do not understand human psychology.

Either that or they're laughing at us, out of disbelief that they're actually getting away with the fraud they've pulled on the country.

They know it doesn't matter. We have transitioned to a system so far outside the rule of law that anything goes.
The Democrat Party...must be saying to themselves, "HOW could we have done this to OURSELVES??? And, how MUCH LONGER will this go on???????
