Pro Bono Counseling

At the end of my post about "The Trauma of Joblessness" I suggested that it would be a good thing for mental health practices to follow the lead of the legal profession and offer pro bono counseling.

After all, the people profiled in the New York Times article were forgoing counseling because they could not afford it.

As it happens, such services are already available. The New York Times might not have known about it, but Dan B. has offered us information and the names of websites in the comments following my post.
