The Right and Wrong Of Apology

It's nice to have an idea of what makes for a good or a bad apology-- surely I have my opinion on the subject-- but it is better to have something resembling objective data.

Thus, hats off to Michael Maslansky for convening a focus group to judge the best and the worst apologies of 2009. Better yet, he allows us to see the apologies-- via Youtube-- along with the reactions of the focus group participants. Link here.
